If you have been following my work for a while, you might notice a new symbol, the key– representing doors opening. This week the key represents Venus sextile North Node, a moment when doors to connection open.
Full Moon in Cancer, January 3
How about this upbeat, juicy, romantic, dynamic Full Moon to start 2026 off right. Jupiter livens up the Full Moon’s mood with an optimistic, generous, adventurous vibe that will liven up the festivities. I see people coming together too, with the Full Moon opposing Venus and Mars very closely. It’s a sexy, fun, outgoing combo that could get even the grouchiest Grinches on the dance floor. Time to mingle– I see magical connections coming together this week. Y’all know me. You know I don’t say this kind of thing all the time.
COMING SOON: Outer planet aspects have the longest approach and longest contact, so they set a “background energy” that strengthens as they approach exact contact (their date on the calendar). I have my eye on Saturn sextile Uranus, perfecting for the final time on January 20. Sextiles show times of opportunity, and Saturn sextile Uranus is an opportunity to make structural changes to allow for more space and freedom in whatever house of your chart/part of your life that you want to live more authentically.
Appearing as they do near the ends of their respective signs (Pisces and Taurus), this is an opportunity to officially and tidily complete and finish a situation that you wish to be free of. Uranus is the planet of breakups, breakdowns, breakaways, breakthroughs, and lucky breaks. Saturn opens the door for a clean break with the past so that you can live your next chapter by a set of rules that feels more authentic.
These next few weeks are excellent for working with technology, updating systems, making space, redefining boundaries.
