Chart of the September 21 Solar Eclipse in Virgo

Funny, as soon as the New Moon appeared at 0° Virgo in late August, the first day the Sun entered Virgo– decluttering videos popped up on my YouTube feed. I watched a number of them and then got a “wild hair.” I am going to empty the closet in my office and reorganize it. I did and it felt so good. I’m on a big organizing kick, and I’m benefitting from it so much. It’s like my office can breathe again. Like my brain can breathe again.

This Solar Eclipse appears at the 29th and final degree of Virgo. This is where we let go of the deepest rooted perfectionism, the oldest, most outworn, outdated routines whose time has come to vamoose out of your life.

This powerful Eclipse also connects to Saturn, planet of work and accountability, currently working through emotional obstacles. Do you hear that? Getting your physical space in order, creating space for the things you need and love also relieves emotional blockages and creates space for clarity, responsibility, and accountability to work magic in your life.

The physical world and the unconscious are inextricably linked by this Eclipse, and endings around this time will inevitably spark new beginnings, as the Eclipse and her ruling planet Mercury connect in harmony with two of the most powerful planets in our solar system, Uranus and Pluto. AND they link up with Neptune– all in positions that show new energies, new beginnings, and a brand new era in your personal life and the shared collective experience too.
