Yep, it's Venus trine Jupiter, Mercury sextile Pluto, and Sun square Mars all right

A story of heartbreak, betrayal, and new love.
Terrible Mac repair company which shall remain unnamed1, let’s call them CrappyMac. Four days after taking her computer to CrappyMac, the technician reports that Molly’s computer has a failing logic board. It’s an expensive fix, more cost effective to upgrade to a newer computer. Okay. It happens. Sad, but fair enough. CrappyMac tells Molly they have a used computer, a little newer than Old Faithful, for a good price. They will transfer files from the old computer and send New Faithful back. Sounds great. So Molly waits 4 days for New Faithful to be ready. Rescheduling, apologizing to clients, chugging along the best she can.
New Faithful, unfortunately, smells like cigarettes and has obvious damage. The kind of stuff that makes you wonder what else CrappyMac overlooked, or hoped Molly would overlook. Plus, the RAM upgrade she requested and paid for was not installed.
Molly is upset. CrappyMac seems neither bothered by these issues, sympathetic to Molly’s situation, nor willing to make it right. Sun square Mars. It’s crankypants city here, folks. This Aries Sun chick is pissed. Molly packs up & returns the piece-of-doodoo computer to CrappyMac, which agrees to issue a refund. And finds herself with no Mac to work on, for 8 days and counting.
Molly, having learned a lesson about the perils of buying a used computer, goes out to Best Buy and pays more than she wants to for a sweet new iMac. It’s fast and gorgeous and Energy Star compliant! Venus trine Jupiter. Venus is money, the price, and Jupiter makes everything big. Great time to be a seller (unless you deal in crappy goods). Venus is well placed in her ruling sign. That makes for a good market for high quality goods.
The new Mac is awesome, solves all the recent computer troubles, and should last a good long time. Mercury sextile Pluto. Healing communications problems. As long as CrappyMac sends back the old dying machine in good enough shape to transfer data to the new Mac before Old Faithful breathes her last, all will be well at Molly’s Astrology Headquarters. Fingers crossed!
1 Not naming names… but it is always a good idea to check the reviews on Google Maps before you select a place to take your machine in for repairs. Even if Apple recommended the place. ‘Nuff said.

Sorry about the Crappy-Mac experience. I guess that’s why we don’t have a November post, yet. Hope you get all your data back and up and running. I look forward to your insights for this month. Thanks for all you do for us!

Thanks Wendy. You’re right. I was down a computer for 2 weeks, and I got terribly behind on all the things I wanted to do, including writing November.
I was just thinking about it though. I will post something soon. It will be shorter than usual, at least until I can get caught up a little more.
