Irritability: Transit Mars square Sun
Posted under astrology
I am a subscriber and a huge fan of astro.com’s “Personal Daily Forecast.” It’s the home page on my web browser— my way of making sure I see it every day. Yes, I’m an astrologer. I can figure this stuff out on my own. But it’s a cobbler’s children having no shoes thing. I forget to check my transits, and they sneak up on me. It’s so nice having the thing pop up to remind me what my transits are, and to have Robert Hand’s excellent writeup right there in front of me.
Today was a particularly good clue-in. I have been so tense and a little headachey all day. Mars transits tend to get me on a physical level— they kick in the migraines.

but sometimes he is quite negative; some of my transits coming up are downright depressing! :(

I’m curious about your migraines…are they always activated by Mercury retrograde?
I’ve had some mysterious headaches since the beginnig of this retrograde. They don’t really hurt per se, but they feel more like I’m going to faint or something. I feel disoriented and dizzy.
I’ve never had migraines so I don’t know what they feel like…
Do you know why Mercury activates migraines?

Hi Kara –
I never said Mercury activates headaches. It’s Mars.
Sounds like you need to see a medical professional about your dizzy spells.

Hi Molly, I’ve been following astro.com for a few years now. It is a great website. I saw the Mar square Sun transit today, I now have a explanation for the massive argument I had with my partner last night!
