Happy 3rd of August

John, aka BBE (best boyfriend ever) took me to see Cirque du Soleil Monday evening. It was fantastic—the performers were gorgeous and incredibly talented. Acrobats, musicians, dancers. The sets, the costumes, the lighting, the audio-visuals, the music, everything was amazing. There was so much going on at once, you didn’t know where to look. I nearly choked when I saw the price of the tickets. I couldn’t imagine a show worth $100 to see. But it was worth it! It was really really cool.
For your reading pleasure, I present to you my favorite Craigslist haikus from this morning:
celebrate? < sirenechant > 08/02 18:26:12water is back on
I can wash dishes,laundry
quick turn it back offno pie < ExFed > 08/02 16:38:30
poor dying pie
heat stunting the black berries
burned without a crust
The Moon’s Void of Course today. A good day to let things drift. Nothing too complicated.

hehe! I love the haikus. I used to exchange silly haikus with my dad. Fun fun…
p.s. hooray for BBE! I’m glad you had a nice time.
