Call for examples of Surgery disasters
Posted under health
I am looking for case studies for surgeries that went wrong, did not solve the problem, or had complications. If you have an example that I could study and share (removing all identifying info, of course), please contact me via e-mail with answers to these questions:
- Patient’s birth date
- Time of birth
- City of birth (include county if in the U.S.)
- On what date and year was the surgery?
- If you know what time it began, please indicate. An estimated time is fine.
- In what city?
- In simple, succinct terms, what was the nature of the surgery? What part of the body did it involve? (Do not write me a novel here, I only need the most basic information.)
- What went wrong? (Again, please keep it short and sweet. If I need more details, I will get back to you.)
I would be extremely grateful if you have a story to share with me.
I would also love to hear about surgeries that went well or incredibly well. Please submit the same info.

My appendix was supposed to be taken out as an urgent case,in Munich,Germany in 1978.My personal doctor was away and some young idiots left half of it inside.Within one weekI get a deathly temperature and was rushed to my doc;s office who luckily had returned. He tied me down, telling me we have no more time and cleaned me.It was the same pain as giving birth to my sons!!!!!Will never forget this ugly experience.Since then,I am terrified of bad doctors.

I am a doctor / herbalist in India and a Vedic medical astrologer too.
In our system of astrology, we often see surgeries go wrong, some even ending in fatality, when they are performed during an adverse dasha-bhukti (planetary periods described in Vedic astrology) and I have seen this happen in a couple of cases too.

Surgery for right tennis elbow. Surgery has not relieved the pain of this condition. Was told the success rate was 90% with this type of surgery.

Sorry to make a celebrity suggestion, and I’m not sure whether the surgery was a success or not, but have you considered Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery? As far as I can gather, it took place on November 20 2009. I wrote an article about it on my website, and I took the view that Venus being in Scorpio square Mars probably wasn’t a good signature for such surgery.

Hi Molly,
So I never had any operation but I had couple of them this year. On Jan 7 2010 at roughly 8 AM in Tel Aviv, Israel I underwent a BYPASS operation. Date of birth Oct. 13, 1951, Tel Aviv, Israel. Part of the operation (connecting the strenum failed and had to be redone on Jan. 26, 2010 towards noon time (12:00)at the same location.
I’m much curious about astrology, and love to hear what you have to say about that. I just had another operation that went wrong… will elaborate if needed later.
thanks, doobi greenberg
