Molly's Astrology for March 2011
Four planets in Pisces
With four planets in
Pisces at the beginning of the month, it’s time to tune in and go with the flow. Pisces energy supports the imagination, artistic inclinations, and spiritual insights. Pisces also inclines toward destructive things like escapism, addiction, deception, or a “poor me” victim mentality. If you’re confused about something, take some time for yourself to clear your head and regain your center. A good foot massage can do wonders— Pisces rules the feet!

Full Moon square the Nodes
This month’s full Moon on the 19th is in
Virgo, sign of health, work, and routine. The full Moon squares the , and things are in a state of constant flux, making it difficult to connect with others, establish or settle into a pattern. Everyone is feeling more anxious than usual— it’s not just you! It helps if you are willing to adapt and seek common ground with others. Don’t do the unevolved Virgo thing, complaining and criticizing without offering a solution.
Jupiter opposite Saturn
Your hard work pays off. You’ll feel the energy of this opposition most strongly in the 2-3 weeks before it is exact on the 28th. It pairs
Jupiter in
Aries, who wants to expand and do it fast!… with Saturn in Libra, who requires us to slow down and be diplomatic, include and consider others (Libra). Luck and success comes as a result of having good listening and negotiating skills, discipline, patience, research, prior planning, and hard work. We are heading into months of good Jupiter transits. This is only the beginning. Invest in something now that will pay off in the future. Financially, emotionally, physically. Get the boring, tedious work done now, and enjoy the benefits later!
Uranus enters Aries
After poking his head in and retreating in 2010,
Uranus re-enters Aries, this time to stay until 2018. Aries starts a new cycle, and historically while Uranus is in Aries, we have seen massive economic and social changes. Uranus’ last trip through Aries was in the 1930s, when we saw economic collapse, the environmental crisis of the Dust Bowl, the end of prohibition, and the reforms that followed. It’s a little sobering (except for prohibition ending), but that’s the reality of the time we are in.
Mercury retrograde coming
Get the car repairs, computer upgrades and other important technical details taken care of early this month if you can. Mercury retrograde begins on the 30th. But we often see its trickster side at work before it actually starts.
Mark your calendar!
Best days for your top priority plans are March 2, 9, 14, 15, 24-28.
Take it easy March 12, 13, 17.

I can’t wait for Uranus to enter Aries. I’m tired of the protracted teaser.

Molly-
I asked this question on another article, but I have I feeling you’ll be more inclined to answer if I ask it on this one which is more recent. Please ignore the comment left in the tutorial section if you see this first.
Your website has been very helpful for me in understanding the natal chart. My confusion arises when one tries to weigh their natal chart against the current position of the planets for a more accurate personal horoscope— if that is even possible!
I was wondering about weather or not when a planet enters an area of the sky which is covered by a certain house, if that planet starts affecting that area of my life. On my natal chart, Aries is covered almost entirely by my 12th house. Will planets passing through Aries have a special effect on my dreams and subconscious? Or will only Venus—the only planet stationed in my 12th house on my natal- be the planet that most profoundly effects my dreams?
Thanks a lot!

Looks like Uranus that great awakener really decided to ring that beautiful brass tibetan singing bowl on his transition date from the unconscious depths of Pisces into the fiery (spiritual) realm of Aries. When an earthquake of the magnitude of the one off the coast of japan occurs, it literally sets the planet to ringing like a bell. Time to wake up! Earth’s mass rotation has also been significantly altered, as has its time (by a microsecond). Our wobble is changing and the ability to dance will be a paramount skill to cultivate.
Thanks for your website and thought your post on About.com was right on.

wish you would make a few closing comments on the movement of Uranus out of Pisces as we bide farewell. I can feel the effect of losing this planet out of the house it was in, but would enjoy reading some professional summary. thanks

How will Sun scorpio, Moon capricorn and Asc. libra do in 2011? Where should one focus their energies?
